Limitation of Liability
WebSolution strives to provide high-quality services but does not guarantee specific results in terms of performance, web traffic, or economic returns for clients. WebSolution cannot be held liable for any disruptions, errors, or omissions resulting from the use of its services. All results are subject to external variables beyond control

Jurisdiction
These terms are governed and interpreted in accordance with Italian law. Any dispute arising from the use of the WebSolution website or the services provided will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Italian courts.

Services Offered
WebSolution provides services for website creation, graphic design, logo design, personal branding, maintenance, and technical support. All services are tailored to the specific needs of the client, as agreed at the start of the project.

Payments and Pricing
Payments are managed externally from the WebSolution website and agreed directly with the client. The payment terms will be defined between the parties without direct involvement of the online platform.

Modifications and Revisions
WebSolution accepts modification requests through monthly maintenance agreements established with the client. Once the project is delivered, any revisions will be managed based on the pre-existing agreement.

Intellectual Property
Once the work is completed, the client retains full ownership of the website, graphics, and logos created by WebSolution. However, WebSolution reserves the right to make changes if unauthorized modifications are made that could damage its name or business reputation.

Contract Duration and Termination
The duration of contracts for the services provided is agreed upon between WebSolution and the client. At the end of the agreed period, the contract and related services will automatically terminate unless a renewal is arranged.

Data Processing and Privacy
WebSolution only collects data necessary for the delivery of its services (name, email, phone number, project details). This data is used solely to manage the contract and will not be shared with third parties. Data will be stored for the duration of the service and then deleted unless there are legal obligations requiring otherwise.
